her poetry, which explores, among other things, grief and loss.

Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill’s work has a long established and wide reputation. In this session, a poem-series is set to music in work commissioned by the festival with the help of an Arts Council grant.
A night of poetry and music renewing the Amergin
link. As well as the extraordinary singing and music
of Galicia’s Su Garrido Pombo and Corca Dhuibhne’s Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich, the session will include the launch of Another Eden, a new anthology from Dedalus of ecopoetry from Ireland and Galicia. There will be bilingual readings by Martín Veiga, Keith Payne, Lorna Shaughnessy and Mary O’Donnell. A Galician poet who lives in Cork is joined by his Dublin translator who lives in Galicia, as well as by two poets who are also editors and translators of Galician poetry. Saúde!
